What are Neurotoxins?

How it Works

Botox, medically known as Neurotoxin, is a purified protein injected in the muscles that cause wrinkles. Our facial muscles are continually working and moving, and that continuous contractions cause lines to form. Botox essentially minimizes that strength or activity, softening the activity. The result of relaxing these muscles is a smoother appearance, giving your face a more refreshed and youthful look. BOTOX® enhances your unique look without sacrificing the natural expressions in your face. In other words, it is intended to enhance your look, not change it.

What you can Expect

BOTOX® Cosmetic injections are non-invasive and most often used to smooth away forehead wrinkles, crow’s feet and laughter lines. Our natural approach ensures you will still be able to smile, frown and be expressive.  – you can smile, frown and be expressive. 

Results start from the onset of the injection and can take up to 14 days to have full effect. You will have some minimal post-care instructions to help optimize your desired results. The effects of Botox treatment can last up to 3 to 4 months.
